Autumn Lantern
The illustration is inspired by traditional silk Vietnamese lanterns. Lanterns make a breath-taking sight at the mid-autumn festival celebrated in parts of South East Asia. Historically the festival was a time to enjoy the successful reaping of the harvest, with a food offering made in honour of the moon.
